We will have a Shepherd Center psychologist with us for the first hour to discuss handling the ongoing fear of another debilitating attack as well as dealing with depression during the holiday season as we cope with diminished energy levels, physical capabilities, and sometimes financial ability to celebrate the holidays as we did during our pre-NMO and TM days.
